Lost Direction

I’m on this train again
Passing points I've passed, a thousand times
Watching the silver tracks
Counting all the cracks
I find in my mind

I go back many years

And visit all the tears

That pushed me down this road

I look at all the crossings

The left and rights of walking

Its a heavy load


All the people I could have been

The past and places I should have seen
