Yes I'm a bit nervous
I must confess
I say farewell to birds and trees
and to earthbound happiness

My rocket is waiting
ready to take me away
goodbye to all my friends
on this holy day

Sometimes I was so happy
now I know what it was worth
because I'm a bit confused now
on my last day

Imagine me floating through the milky way

and maybe walk on mars someday
