What about holy war?
Made in the name of god
What can we tell about the future?
A tormented life

There are no killers in paradise
And there's no pride in this kind of life
And the meaning of life is gone
Murders in the name of faith
Religion should bring us love
But it brings us fear, death and pain

Once I believed in these lies
But now I see it's only shame and pain
Many years of fear kept people in cages
The journey of this mad faith bled the Earth

Lies about these temples turned into death
The inquisition fire burned innocents
How many people were murdered without defense?

There's no salvation anymore there's no love
And a sense of reality was broken
A million lives were imposed
The evil is alive, there are no limits

Oh can you hear?
The tormenting sound of the bell
Can you feel?
The inquisition is coming

Thou shalt not kill Thou shall not steal
Thou shall not kill has no meaning
In the real world of religion

The things they've done to mankind
Left scars for all eternity
They put a price on the priceless: One life
Religions making genocides
What is the meaning of this?
Take ten lives you're a killer
Take thousands you're hero

And the respect for life is gone
Liars in the name of faith
These shameless should give us peace
But they always want more, more

Churches of today
They are selling
Miracles on TV
They give false consolation
Why?

What could we tell about the future?
Future is the past that happens again
Oh who will pay for the crimes
And for the people who died at religions hands
