USA Tour 2008 with Chico and bongočongo

Firstly it has been brought to our attention that ANY drug charges on someone’s record regardless of how minor typically mandates permanent non-entry to the U.S. for that person. There is an appeals process that due to the extremely low level of his offense could very well yield a pardon/pass on that issue. KC’s 5 year ban from the U.S. was actually a ban on being able to appeal his offense that was issued to him because he attempted to enter the improperly in 2008. What does this mean? It means that his 5 year ban might not have started from his arrest date in March of 2007 but in August of 2008 when he attempted to fly here. Now what does that mean? It means that KC MIGHT have to push back attempting his U.S. return another 1-2 years.
