Chasing Ghosts

"I wrote Chasing Ghosts as a narrative based wholly around someone that has committed suicide and has passed onto the other side. It’s a story that I hope people will see for what it is; an example in song of why you should turn to someone close and talk instead of taking that last fatal step towards death prematurely. I just want to reiterate to people that once you’re gone, that’s it. There’s no ghosts. There’s no heaven, no hell, just finality and the wreckage left behind in the wake of their decision."

"Napísal som Chasing Ghosts ako rozprávanie ohľadom niekoho kto spáchal samovraždu a prešiel na druhú stranu. Je to príbeh, ktorý dúfam, že ľudia budú vidieť, taký aký je; aby bol príkladom, prečo by sa mali obrátiť na niekoho blízkeho a rozprávať sa s ním namiesto toho aby urobili takýto osudný krok k predčasnej smrti. Len chcem pripomenúť ľudom, že keď raz odídu tak to tak je. Nie je tam žiadne nebo, žiadne peklo, len koniec a trosky z toho čo ste zanechali za sebou v dôsledku vášho rozhodnutia."

Budú si pamatať moje meno keď odídem
(keď vedia, že to čo som zrobil bolo nesprávne)
priložím žiletku k môjmu zápästiu, strácam dych v hrudi(len aby som zabudol na všetky krivdy, ktoré som zanechal)
